Shipping Destinations

I ship worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Europe, and other international destinations.

If your country is available at checkout, I ship to you.


Processing Time

All items are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days

  • For limited editions or handmade pieces, processing times may vary slightly. If so, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 10-20 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or peak periods.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (DAP Shipping)

All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

This means:

  • Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customs authorities may contact you directly for payment before delivery

We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.


Tracking Information

Whenever possible, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear

  • International tracking may be limited once the parcel enters the destination country


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections

  • incorrect address information

  • postal service disruptions

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Insured Shipments

Select artworks are shipped with insured delivery.
If an insured item arrives damaged, please contact me at themossygrotto@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so I can assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
